Product description：
1. Single screw extruder or twin screw extruder for PET pellet production;
2. External vacuum exhaust device is adopted.
3. Melt filter with two pistons and two cavities is employed to remove the impurity from recycled material;
4. The slitting and pelletizing system consists of the outlet die (equipped with stainless steel protection plate), cooling water tank, trough type suction air knife, pelletizer, etc,
5. Vibrating screen: stainless steel materials are used for the parts contacting with materials.
6. Finished product Bin: Fan conveying, with detachable support, suitable for ton packaging (discharging height 1.6 M.)
7. Extruder control system: frequency converter adopts ABB brand, temperature control instrument Japanese RKC, Siemens contactor.
8. Design standard: in line with European safety CE certification, the particles produced are uniform, dense and beautiful.
