What are the requirements for the water supply source of the drip irrigation tape production line?
The quality and performance of the drip irrigation tape produced by the drip irrigation tape production line are closely related to the water supply source. Therefore, the drip irrigation tape production line has strict requirements on the water supply source, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Water quality requirements
Cleanliness: The content of suspended solids in the water source should be as low as possible, generally not more than 50mg/L. Because impurities in the water can easily clog the dripper and affect the irrigation effect. Therefore, the water source should be as clear as possible to avoid excessive sediment, suspended matter and other impurities. When the water quality of the water source does not meet the standard, the drip irrigation tape production line can adopt water source filtration treatment such as sedimentation filtration, filter filtration, centrifugal filtration, etc.
Chemical content: The pH value and salt content of the water source should also be moderate to avoid damage to the drip irrigation tape and crops. The specific water quality standard should be determined according to the needs of the crops and the material of the drip irrigation tape.
Water pressure requirements
Pressure range: The water entering the drip irrigation belt equipment must have a certain pressure to ensure the delivery and dripping of irrigation water. Generally, the water pressure of the water source of the production line is required to reach 0.1-0.3MPa. If the water source pressure is insufficient, it may be necessary to take pressure-boosting measures, such as setting up a pressure tank.
Water pressure stability: The water pressure should remain relatively stable to avoid high and low fluctuations. Unstable water pressure may cause uneven water flow speed in the drip irrigation belt, thus affecting the irrigation effect.
Water requirements
Adequacy: The drip irrigation tape production line needs enough water to meet production needs. Therefore, when choosing a water source, you should consider whether its water supply capacity can meet the needs of the production line.
Water volume stability: When the water volume is too large, it may cause water accumulation and soil overwetting, and even cause soil erosion; when the water volume is too small, it cannot meet the water requirements of crops, thus affecting the growth of crops.
In summary, the requirements of the drip irrigation tape production line for water supply sources include clean water quality, stable water pressure, sufficient and stable water volume, etc. This helps to ensure the smooth operation of the drip irrigation tape production line and product quality.
